Financial reversal guidelines and escrow protection standards for the Vedel verification network.
Due to the real-time nature of our verification infrastructure, once a "Digital Handshake" has been successfully logged and verified by the destination, the service is considered fully rendered. Refund requests for successfully verified transfers are not eligible for reversal.
In the rare case of a verifiable system error or infrastructure failure, such as a tracking ID not being generated within our 0.02-second verification standard, a full credit or refund will be issued to the original payment source within 7 operational days.
Funds held in the Vedel Escrow Node are only released upon final recipient OTP verification. Once the OTP protocol is completed, the transaction is irreversible. Users must initiate a "Dispute Protocol" via the Contact Hub before the OTP is entered if a refund is required.
Any financial disputes or refund requests must be raised during the active transfer window before the OTP is verified. Initiating a dispute post-OTP completion will not reverse the transaction. All dispute submissions must be routed through the Dispute Hub.
Refunds are only considered for system-level failures, not user errors or delays in providing verification data. All protocols are governed by VEDEL’s real-time ledger infrastructure, and every transaction is final upon OTP confirmation.
Initiate a dispute protocol with our global audit team for review before the OTP is confirmed.
