What is VEDEL?
VEDEL is Africa’s delivery verification infrastructure, recording and confirming every transfer between a sender and receiver to guarantee secure, traceable, and accountable deliveries.
How does VEDEL track deliveries?
Every transfer registered on VEDEL receives a unique Verification ID. Senders and receivers can enter this ID in the tracking system to see real-time verification updates for their delivery.
Who can use VEDEL?
VEDEL is for anyone sending or receiving deliveries. Users initiate transfers, while receivers can confirm and track the verification of their deliveries.
What if my Verification ID isn’t recognized?
Double-check your Verification ID for accuracy. If it still doesn’t appear, the delivery may not have been fully recorded yet. Reach out to the sender or VEDEL support for assistance.
Is VEDEL a courier service?
No. VEDEL provides the verification system that confirms and records delivery transfers. It does not physically transport packages.

VEDEL uses secure verification protocols to ensure every transfer is tamper-proof and fully auditable, creating a trusted record for all parties.
